Site launch and Chapter 1 demo status¶
The Panzer Island site is live. This is where I will post development updates, guide additions, and notes on what is changing between versions.
Where Chapter 1 stands¶
Chapter 1 is a 10-stage tutorial demo. All 10 stages are playable. The reactive turn system, the skill trees, and the limit breaks are implemented and working. The story content for Chapter 1 is written and in the game.
The chapter is not yet public. I am finishing a polish pass: balancing the later stages, finalizing character portraits, and running the solver against all 10 stages to confirm they are clearable under reasonable conditions.
What the guides cover¶
The guides section has three pages ready:
- Getting Started: a short practical overview for new players.
- Your Units: Katyusha, Nadeshiko, and Maria, their skill trees and limit breaks.
- Reactive Turns: A Deep Dive: the full mechanical breakdown of how the reactive turn system works.
More guides will follow as the chapters develop.
What is next¶
The focus for the next few months is getting Chapter 1 to a state where I am confident releasing it as the free demo. After that, Chapter 2.
